GUWAHATI: Along with the rest of the country, Saraswati Puja will be celebrated across Assam from today. This year Saraswati Puja will be celebrated for two days on Wednesday and Thursday.
Schools and Colleges in Guwahati are all decked up with bright and vibrant hues of yellow to pay obeisance to the Goddess of Learning.
Puja pandals have been erected in different localities mainly in schools, colleges and other educational institutions.
On the special occasion, some temples in Guwahati will also hold special pujas to pay obeisance to the Goddess.
