GUWAHATI, December 26: A scooty rider was killed on the spot after his two-wheeler was hit by a speeding ASTC-run city bus in Adabari Tinali area of Guwahati on Thursday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Farhaan Nadeem, a resident of Garigaon locality of Guwahati.
