GUWAHATI, Feb 19: With a view to minimising traffic congestion and easing movement of vehicles in capital Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today (Feb 19) inaugurated three multi-level vehicle parking facilities in the capital city.
Besides dedicating the multi-level automated car parking at Civil Secretariat, Itanagar, to the people, Chief Minister Khandu also inaugurated two multi-storied parking lots at ESS-Sector near the Civil Secretariat and at the Arunachal Pradesh State Transport Bus Station at the Ganga Market locality of the city.
“These state-of-the-art parking facilities are designed to decongest our city and provide seamless parking solutions,” the Arunachal CM stated in a post on ‘X’, besides adding: “These facilities mark a significant step towards a well-organized, modern, and traffic-friendly Itanagar”.
State Minister Balo Raja, MLA Techi Kaso, Mayor of Itanagar Tamme Phassang along with other dignitaries were also present during the inauguration of the three parking facilities.
