GUWAHATI, Dec 2: A female MBA student from Guwahati who went missing on Saturday after leaving home for a beauty parlour is yet to be traced.
The 24-year-old young woman nmaed Rina Rai, a resident of Barpathar under Basistha Police Station near the Meghalaya border, was spotted in Police Bazaar in Shillong but has remained incommunicado with family members unable to establish any contact with her.
CCTV footage showed her walking near the Police Bazaar point in Shillong alone. In the footage, she did not appear to be under any stress nor did it appear that she has been abducted although nothing concrete has been established as to how she reached the capital city of Meghalaya.
