GUWAHATI: Around 46,148 fresh COVID-19 infections were reported in the last 24 hours, informed the Union Health Ministry on Sunday.
The daily positivity rate stands at 2.94 per cent, which is less than 5 per cent for 21 consecutive days.
The active caseload further declines at 5.72 lakh. The weekly positivity rate drops to less than 5 per cent, currently at 2.81 per cent.
It is to be mentioned that more than 32,36,63,297 vaccines doses have been administered so far.
