GUWAHATI: Though Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) is putting up a single fight in the Bodoland Territorial Council (BTC) elections, BPF chief Hagrama Mohilary claimed that BPF would form the government with Asom Gana Parishad and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Mohialry’s remark has emerged as significant as BJP had decided to go solo in the BTC polls which are scheduled to be held on April 4.
“We will form government with AGP and BJP,” said Hagrama Mohilary today.
“BPF is contesting in 37 seats out of 40. We will win with majority, we will get 22-25 sets,” Mohilary expressed his confidence over a clean sweep in the BTC elections.
