WATCH VIDEO: Fans chant ‘Jai Shree Ram’ as a monkey enters theatre during ‘Adipurush’ screening

Much awaited film ‘Adipurush’ released in theatres on Friday (June 16).

Meanwhile, several internet users have been sharing glimpses from theatres and one particular video is going viral on Twitter.

In the video, a monkey can be seen watching the film ‘Adipurush’ inside theatre.

In the background, Prabhas can be seen on the screen as Ram and audience chanting ‘Jai Shri Ram’.

In a clip that has surfaced on social media, a monkey can be seen peeping through the window of the operator’s room of a single screen theatre. Spotting the monkey, fans can be heard screaming, Jai Shree Ram. Some even hummed the track Jai Shree Ram from the film.

Reactions to monkey’s video

Reacting to the monkey’s video, many Twitter users said that Lord Hanuman had blessed Adipurush. One tweet read, “Monkey appears at ‘dipurush screening. Hanumanji is watching.” One tweeted, “Monkey watches Adipurush on opening day!”

Another said, “A monkey has been spotted in a theater screening Adipurush.” A tweet also read, ’Unexpected visitor at Adipurush screening! A monkey makes a grand entrance into the theatre.”

ABOUT ADIPURUSH:

Adipurush (an epic mythological film based on the Hindu epic Ramayana) is written and directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series and Retrophiles. Shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu languages, the film stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh and Devdatta Nage.

Earlier, director Om Raut had asked the film’s producers to keep a seat vacant in every theatre in honour of Lord Hanuman.
