GUWAHATI: As prime minister Narendra Modi will visit Kokrajhar today to participate in the celebrations of the signing of the Bodo agreement, tens of thousands have started to gather in the venue from the early morning.
Jubilant Bodo people in large number from different parts of the state have arrived at Khergaon-Tengapara where PM Narendraa Modi will address the gathering.
“This is the success of our long struggle. We have come to witness this historic moment,” said a woman.

“We have come here to express our thankfulness to our prime minister. We are grateful to him for signing the Bodo Peace Accord,” said a man who arrived in the venue in the wee hours.
