GUWAHATI: A journalist with a private new channel was found dead under mysterious circumstance in Tinsukia district of upper Assam on Saturday morning. The journalist named Brijendeep was found dead at his rented house at Jyotinagar in the Tinsukia town.
It has been alleged that the Brijendeep was killed two days ago. The media fraternity of the state expressed grief and condemned the incident.
“We want proper investigation into the incident. The culprits should get stringent punishment,” said one of the family members.
The journalist left behind his wife and two children along with a host of relatives.
