Three terrorists including a top LeT commander killed in J&K

GUWAHATI, Nov 3: A top commander of the Pakistan-backed terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) and two unidentified terrorists were shot dead in Jammu & Kashmir in separate operations in the past 24 hours, reports said.

While the TeT terrorist, identified as Usman, was shot dead in an encounter in Srinagar’s Khanyar locality, the other two terrorists were killed in Anantnag’s Halkan Gali area.

Two CRPF men and two J&K policemen were also wounded in the gunfight at Srinagar.

The injured security personnel were admitted to the Army Hospital Badami Bagh Cantonment in Srinagar.

The operation, reports said, lasted for around 12 hours.
