GUWAHATI: At least 20 people were injured after a passenger bus rolled over in Teok on Tuesday night.
The accident took place after the Night Super(AS-01GC-9541) which was on its way from Jagun to Mangaldai lost control and rolled over.
The injured passengers were rushed to Teok F.R.U(First Referral Unit ). Eight among them who were seriously injured have been taken to Jorhat Medical College.
“The bus rolled over at around 12:15 AM near Teok Police Station in Jogduar Tiniali. The accident was severe and few of them were seriously injured. Meanwhile, we have rescued them and rushed them to Teok F.R.U,” said a local.
