GUWAHATI: East Siang’s Tengam Celine Koyu was crowned ‘Kingfisher Miss Arunachal 2021’ at the Pasighat Outdoor Stadium on April 3. The grand finale of the XIIIth Kingfisher Miss Arunachal Pageant was held at Pasighat on Saturday(April 3).
Riyya Riba and Hibu Abyang bagged the first and second runners-up titles respectively.
Arunachal Pradesh chief minister Pema Khandu attended the grand finale event.

Winners of various other subcategories were Tana Puniya (Miss Congeniality), Tsering Lhamu (Miss photogenic) and Tamchi Yabish (Best Catwalk and Best Costume).
It is to be mentioned that Koyu will represent the state at the Femina Miss India contest to be held later this year.
