GUWAHATI: The health condition of former Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi has deteriorated and he is still in a critical condition and on full ventilator support, said Dr. Abhijit Sarma, Superintendent, Gauhati Medical College and Hospital(GMCH).
Dr. Abhijit Sarma said, “A team of doctors is continuously monitoring the health condition of the former CM. We are doing whatever is possible from our end. The doctor’s team is closely monitoring him.”
“We are using maximum life support possible but his body needs to respond. Now our doctors are monitoring if his body responds to it or not,” Dr. Sarma added.
