GUWAHATI: Former Karimganj SP Kumar Sanjit Krishna, one of the accused in Assam Police Sub-Inspector recruitment scam case reached Director General of Police (DGP) office in Guwahati on Thursday. The top cop had been absconding since Wednesday.
The Assam Police Service (APS) officer was summoned by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in connection with the question paper leak case. He was grilled by the CID sleuths on Monday. However, Krishna went missing since Wednesday.
With Krishna’s arrest looking imminent, he reached the DGP office on Thursday.
