Shraddha Kapoor celebrates her 34th birthday in Maldives, list of her top films


Guwahati: Bollywood diva Shraddha Kapoor is celebrating her 34th birthday today in the Maldives. Shraddha is popular among her fans for her bubbliness and down-to-earth nature.   It’s been more than 10 years since the actor forayed into Bollywood. 

Currently, Shraddha is in the Maldives celebrating her cousin Priyank Sharma’s wedding and also happens to celebrate her 34th birthday on Wednesday amid the wedding festivities. She is celebrating her birthday with family members and her rumored boyfriend Rohan Shrestha. 

Born as Shakti Kapoor and Shivangi Kolhapure’s daughter, Shraddha Kapoor had entered the showbiz industry as a star kid, however, she has successfully carved a niche for herself with her impeccable acting skills, panache and talent.

Shraddha made her debut with Teen Patti which released on February 26, 2010. The actor got to work with Amitabh Bachchan, Sir Ben Kingsley, R Madhavan among others in her debut film itself. However, it was Aashiqui 2, which came as a turning point for Shraddha’s career. Since then, there was no turning back for the actor.

The actress was seen in a girl next door image in the romantic musical drama and her bubbly, free-spirited avatar hit the right corners of the heart. Aashiqui 2 was one of the biggest hits of 2013 and also one of the highest-grossing films of that year.

Ek Villain

Another movie starring Shraddha Kapoor which earned more than Rs 100 Crores, Ek villain was praised for its script and incredible performances by the leads. The movie revolved around a reformed goon who finds solace in the arms of a girl who believes in living life to the fullest. With this role also she received lots of love from her fans.


Shraddha Kapoor played a pivotal role in Vishal Bhardwaj’s critically and commercially successful hit Haider. The plot of the film revolves around a young man, who returns to Kashmir after his father’s disappearance to confront his uncle played by Kay Kay Menon. Shraddha’s performance was highly appreciated by the critics and fans. The same year, Shraddha worked with Vishal Bhardwaj for the first time in Haider. She was seen opposite Shahid Kapoor and was appreciated for her simplicity and beautiful Kashmiri look.


Shraddha has all the potential of being a dancing star and she proved the same with her stint in Remo D’Souza’s 2015 release ABCD 2.
