According to UPPL, during the rule of Hagrama Mohilary, scams of at least 650 crore rupees under the MGNREGA scheme took place in the Bodoland Territorial Area Districts (BTAD), now renamed as Bodoland Territorial Region(BTR). People from high level to ground level (VCDC) are associated with this scam, claim local people.
