GUWAHATI: The Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) has appointed Sambit Patra as the Manipur BJP in-charge on Saturday.
Sambit Patra is an Indian politician and a general surgeon. He is one of the official spokespersons of the BJP. Patra was a former Medical officer at Hindu Rao Hospital and his political career started in 2010 when he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party as a spokesperson for the its Delhi unit.
