Sachin Tendulkar and his family will visit Kaziranga on April 7, 9 and offer prayers at Kamakhya Temple on April 9
GUWAHATI, March 3: Master blaster Sachin Tendulkar on Thursday arrived in Guwahati on a week-long visit to Assam and Meghalaya during which he will visit the internationally-famed Kaziranga national park besides also offering prayers at the Kamakhya Temple.
Sachin was accompanied by his wife Anjali and daughter Sara.
Sachin and his family members, after their arrival at the Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport, headed straight to Barapani where they will spend the next two days visiting tourist locations of interest in Meghalaya.
They are scheduled to return to Assam on April 7 and stay at the Kaziranga national Park for two days.
Sachin and his family are scheduled to enjoy jeep and elephant safari in the famous habitat of the one-horned rhinoceros before returning to Guwahati on April 9.
They are scheduled to offer prayers at the Kamakhya Temple on April 9 before returning to Mumbai the next day.
Fondly referred to as the Little Master, Sachin Tendulkar, also called ‘God of Cricket’ by fans is among the greatest cricketers of all time, and holds numerous records in international cricket.
