GUWAHATI: Railway Protection Force (RPF) Guwahati nabbed a person for supplying railway tickets illegally. The tout has been identified as Ubaidulla Laskar who hails from Karimganj. He was arrested from Passenger Reservation Centre (PRS), Guwahati on Friday. RPF recovered 2 Tatkal tickets and other documents from his possession.
“RPF Guwahati during surveillance arrested one tout namely Ubaidulla Laskar, s/o Abdul Gaffur Laskar, ps- Karimganj, Assam from Guwahati PRS centre yesterday with 2 nos Tatkal tickets and other documents. He confessed about running the illegal business of supplying of rly tickets,” Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) said.
