GUWAHATI, Oct 21: Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma today (Oct 21) gave a sneak peek of soon-to-be implemented robotic surguries in Guwahati, Dibrugarh and Silchar saying the procedures, once implemented, will transform surgical procedures in the State.
Taking to micro-blogging site ‘X’, Chief Minister Sarma posted an image collage of the state-of-the-art equipment which have already been installed in medical institutions in the State stating that it will be for the first time in Assam that such sophisticated surgical procedures will be implemented.
” Coming Soon! For the first time in Assam – Robotic Surgery in Guwahati, Dibrugarh and Silchar, which will transform surgical procedures in the State. First Glimpses,” he wrote on social media with the image collage attached to the update.
