The results of the Post Graduate Students’ Union (PGSU) of Gauhati University (GU) were declared today with the All Assam Students’ Union (AASU)-backed candidates winning 10 out of the 14 seats —- including the posts of president and vice-president — while Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP)-backed candidates won three posts, including the key post of general secretary.
