Quarantine Centre being converted into COVID Hospital at Patanjali Yogpeeth, Mirza

GUWAHATI: The Assam health department has been gearing up with infrastructure to deal with COVID-19 situation in the state. As a part of its move to ensure best possible treatment to COVID-19patients, a quarantine centre is being converted into a 250-bed Covid Hospital at Patanjali Yogpeeth, Mirza, Palashbari.

On Saturday Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma visited the centre along with senior health officials to review all the arrangements to develop it as a COVID-19 hospital.
