GUWAHATI, Feb 11: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who landed in Paris yesterday (Feb 10) for a three-day visit, will co-chair the AI summit with French President Emmanuel Macron today.
Earlier on Monday night, Prime Minister Modi participated in a dinner meeting at the Elysee Palace in Paris where he also met US Vice President JD Vance for the first time since the latter took oath as American Vice-President last month.
“Welcome to Paris, my friend @narendramodi,” Macron wrote on ‘X’ and shared a video of PM Modi’s arrival for the welcome dinner.
“Delighted to meet my friend, President Macron in Paris,” Prime Minister Modi wrote.
The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) also shared photos of the three leaders interacting with each other during the welcome dinner.
PM Modi will also hold bilateral talks with Macron in Marseille while the two leaders are also scheduled to inaugurate India’s new consulate in the city.
Prime Minister Modi will also address the India-France CEO’s Forum along with French President Macron.
