Prime Minister Narendra Modi landed in Guwahati’s Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi Airport a short while back. PM Modi’s aircraft landed at the LGBI Airport where he was received by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, Assam BJP president Bhabesh Kalita and other dignitaries.
Noteworthy is that PM Modi’s arrival has happened before time as he was earlier slated to land at Guwahati by about 7:30 pm.
Following his arrival, the Prime Minister headed straight to GS road where he is scheduled to host a road show.
After the road show he is slated to stay at State Guest House at Koinadhora for the night.
PM Modi will leave for Nalbari on Wednesday to address an election rally for NDA Barpeta Lok Sabha constituency candidate Phani Bhushan Choudhury of the Asom Gana Parishad.
