GUWAHATI: Parimal Suklabaidya who represents the Dholai constituency is the new Environment & Forests, Fisheries, Excise Minister in Himanta Biswa Sarma led-Cabinet.
Suklabaidya was also a Cabinet Minister in Sarbananda Sonowal led-Cabinet.
Parimal Suklabaidya was born in Irongmara of Cachar district. He completed his Bachelors in Arts in the year 1980, from Guru Charan College, Silchar. He passed his PU (Higher Secondary) from the same college in 1977. He is a 1975 batch Matric pass from P.C. Barjalenga High School. (source: Wikipedia)
