Guwahati: Assam popular Bollywood and Assamese singer Angarag Mahanta, better known as Papon is back with another pappy song in the Northeast India-based filmmaker Nicholas Kharkongor’s Hindi movie Axone which is all set to release on Netflix tomorrow.
The song is called Dance it out and the song has been composed and sung by Papon itself.
In the video of the song we can see Papon singing the song and dancing in his own composed town by totally enjoying the song.
Earlier on April Papon released a soulful single Paar hobo ei Xomoi (This time, too, shall pass) which was all about holding on hope and faith even when people all over the world are battling the Coronavirus pandemic.
Prior to that Papon also released a self-made video of old songs during this lockdown period to cheer his fans and followers.
This is for the very first time a commercial Hindi movie was produced on the culture of Northeast India and the food surrounding it.
The plot of the movie showcases people from the Northeast settled in Delhi and their attempt to organise a wedding party, only to find out that nothing goes well according to their plan.
