GUWAHATI: Amid reports of popular Assamese singer Neel Akash joining politics, the singer has clarified that he has no such plan. Taking to his official Facebook account, Neel dismissed such reports as completely baseless.
“I want to clarify that I am not going to join politics. I am a free man. I like singing. I will continue singing,” said the young singer during a Facebook live stream.
He requested his fans and well wishers not to believe in such rumours.
“I have no such plan. I am also doing a job at Oil India in Moran,” the singer added.
