NCB searches Arjun Rampal’s house in Mumbai

Guwahati: Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal’s home in Mumbai is being searched by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), according to reports.

The NCB is investigating drug allegations linked to the film industry.

The NCB had recently arrested Agisilaos Demetriades, brother of Rampal’s partner Gabriella. Though he was granted bail by a special court, Demetriades was taken into custody again in another drug case.

The NCB on Sunday arrested Bollywood producer Firoz Nadiadwala’s wife after ganja was found at their residence in suburban Juhu.

Earlier in the day, a team of NCB sleuths searched the residence of the Nadiadwala’s and seized 10 grams of ganja, officials said, adding that the contraband was prima facie procured from one Wahid Abdul Kadir Sheikh alias Sultan who was arrested earlier.
