Former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been named in the Indian squad for the ODI series against Australia and New Zealand. Dhoni, who was left out of the squad for the recent T20 series against Australia, also made a comeback into the T20 squad. The teams for the ODI and T20I series against Australia and New Zealand were announced by the BCCI today (Dec 24).
Rishabh Pant, who debuted in ODIs against West Indies in the recently-concluded home series, has been left out of the one-day team but retained in the T20I squad.

While Virat Kohli will lead India in both the one-dayers and the twenty-20 series, Rohit Sharma was named his deputy.
