GUWAHATI: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh’s Sar Sanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat on Wednesday unveiled a book ‘Citizenship Debate Over NRC & CAA: Assam and the Politics of History’ by Nani Gopal Mahanta in Guwahati. Mahanta is a professor at the department of political science, Peace and Conflict Studies at Gauhati University and writes regularly on issues of Assam in various publications.
Assam chief minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, Prof PJ Handique, VC, Gauhati University and other dignitaries attended the book launch function held at Srimanta Sankardev International Auditorium, Kalakshetra, Guwahati.
