GUWAHATI, Jan 28: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma inaugurated the Creative Learning Centre at Dobakkol in East Garo Hills district on Monday.
The centre, a collaborative effort between Mere Mentor and the Dobakkol Non-Government LP School, Tura, ha been built at a cost of Rs 50 lakh through the Chief Minister’s Special Development Fund.
By integrating activity-based & game-based learning, the Creative Learning Center aims to enhance the educational experience for young children, placing a strong emphasis on vital skills such as perceptual, motor, cognitive, language, socio-emotional, and self-regulation skills, the Chief Minister’s office stated.
