Masood Azhar is in Pakistan: Pak Foreign Min

Pakistan has yet again buckled under mounting international pressure and has admitted that most-wanted terrorist and Jaish-e-Mohammed chief Masood Azhar is being provided safe shelter on its soil. Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi told CNN that the Jaish chief is in Pakistan but is “very unwell”.

“Well he is in Pakistan. According to my information, he is very unwell. He is unwell to the extent that he cannot leave his house,” Qureshi told CNN.

Pakistan’s admission on Masood Azhar comes a day after the country agreed to release IAF wing commander Abhinandan following mounting pressure.

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan said in an address to the Pakistani parliament that the IAF pilot will be released.
