Kishore Sutradhar from Kokrajhar clears UPSC CSE 2019

GUWAHATI: Kishore Kumar Sutradhar who hails from Assam’s Kokrajhar district has cleared the Civil Service Examination 2019 conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Kishore has bagged the 784th position in the examination. The results were declared today.

He is currently working as Manager (General), Food Corporation of India, Divisional Office, Dimapur in Nagaland.

On the other hand, five other candidates from Assam also cracked the UPSC exam.

Aranyak Saikia, son of former Assam director general of police (DGP) Kuladhar Saikia has bagged the 59th position. Earlier Aranyak was ranked at 148th in the UPS Civil Service Exam 2017 and was selected to Indian Police Service (IPS). He has recently completed his IPS training.

While, Sizal Agarwal of Jorhat has bagged 112th position, Nivedita Dutta who also hails from Jorhat has grabbed the 697th position.

Two other candidates from Assam—Tapan Deka and Kishore Sutradhar have bagged the 766th and 784th positions respectively.
