GUWAHATI: Assam swimmer Shivangi Sarma took her gold tally in the 3rd Khelo India Youth Games to four after she won the Girls’ under-21 100 metres freestyle event on Sunday.
It is to be mentioned that Shivangi has won 4 Gold medals in Under-21 100 metres , 200 metres , 400 metres and 800 metres freestyle events in the ongoing Khelo India Youth Games 2020.
Assam Girls team(under-21) won Silver in 4×100 metres swimming event on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Assam climbed to the sixth position in the medal tally winning 13 golds, 13 silvers and 14 bronze medals.
Maharashtra continues to occupy the top position while Haryana is second and Delhi third.
