GUWAHATI: Assam’s MLA from Kalaigaon constituency Maheswar Baro has tested positive for COVID-19.
The Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) MLA was admitted to Gauhati Medical College and Hospital after his health condition deterioarted.
According to reports, six other family members of the legislator were also found positive for Coronavirus.
Earlier several top politicians of the state were also infected with COVID-19.
