GUWAHATI: National Social Media unit of Jansankhya Samadhan Foundation (JSF) organised a 3-day webinar on two child policy for the workers of North-Eastern region. The webinar was organised with an aim of raising awareness about population control laws in the country.
JSF National Social Media Head Himanshu Goel, JSF National Co-Head of Social Media Sachin Tyagi, JSF National Co-Head of Social Media Manish Pandey, JSF National Co-Head of Social Media Dilip Tripathi, JSF National Co-Head of Social Media Divakar Verma, JSF NE Chairman Sailendra Pandey, JSF Assam Prant Organising Secretary Epsita Baruah, JSF Yuva Shakti Assam Prant Vice Chairperson Anupama Baruah, JSF Assam Prant Social Media In-charge Gayatri Hazarika, JSF NE Publicity Secretary Prasenjit Deb, JSF Yuva Shakti Assam Prant Chairperson Nang Lucky Gogoi, JSF NE Coordinator Lalji Sonari, JSF Kamrup Metro GS Kastury Hazarika, JSF Kamrup Metro Secretary Arundhati Talukdar, JSF Samparkh Pramukh Assam Prant Prapti Sarmah, JSF Mahila Shakti Chairperson Ruby Singha among others shared their thoughts and experiences in this webinar and discussed how this movement can be given a more detailed form at the grassroots level in the future.
On the last day of the webinar, JSF National President Anil Chaudhary addressed the webinar. “Seeing the enthusiasm and efforts of the workers of Northeast India, it is believed that soon every household in the Northeast will raise its voice for the diagnosis of this serious problem like population growth and will help the country to make a proper law by forming a nationwide movement,” said Anil Chaudhary.
