GUWAHATI: The first cabinet of Assam CM Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma-led government formed a committee to appoint 1 lakh youths to government jobs as promised in the elections, said health minister Keshab Mahanta at a media briefing in Guwahati on Tuesday. Finance minister Ajanta Neog will head the committee.
Another committee on loan waiver of microfinance companies has also been formed.
