An Indigo flight no 6E 2652 coming from Chennai to Dibrugarh made an emergency landing at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Assam’s Guwahati on Sunday morning after it developed a technical glitch.
Minister of State in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Rameswar Teli, Dibrugarh MLA Prasanta Phukan, Duliajan MLA Terash Gowalla were on board flight 6E2652 along with 184 more passengers, when it made the emergency landing in Guwahati.
The flight was scheduled to arrive at Dibrugarh airport at 9.40 am.
As per reports, all passengers on board the flight are safe.
According to reports, the flight was in the air for 10 to 12 minutes before landing back at Guwahati airport.
