GUWAHATI: Assam health and finance minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma visited Kamakhya Devalaya atop Nilachal Hills in Guwahati after the ‘Nibritti’ of Ambubachi.
They prayed from the outside as the doors of the Devalaya remain shut due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Dr. Sarma sought blessings of the goddess for the well-being of the state as well as the world as it fight against deadly COVID-19.
