GUWAHATI: Assam health, finance and education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma today took stock of preparations for Sankalp and Vikas Samaraoh to be held at Dibrugarh on February 23.
Dr. Sarma attended a meeting with minister Sanjay Kishan, State BJP organisational secretary Phanindranath Sarma, BJP MLAs and workers from Dibrugarh and Tinsukia districts.

“We will take pledge to accelerate the process of development in next one year. This is our last Sankalp Samaroh. After that we will work more on development,” said minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.
