GUWAHATI: North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) convenor and Assam cabinet minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma took part in a massive bicycle rally from Panigaon Chariali to Bormuria Tinali in North Lakhimpur on Tuesday.
The enthusiastic crowd welcomed minister Sarma with ‘Gamocha’, ‘Naam-Kirtan’ and flower petals.
