GUWAHATI: Assam health minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma held a meeting with the principal of Jorhat Medical College and Hospital (JMCH), deputy commissioner (DC), superintendent of police (SP) and other top officials to review the present COVID-19 situation and containment measures in Jorhat district.
Earlier, wearing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), health minister Sarma visited COVID-19 wards and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at JMCH to enquire about the health condition of the patients.
