GUWAHATI: Assam health, finance and education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday laid the foundation stone of Tinsukia Town Sunday Market Complex under the City Infra Development Fund (CIDF), 2020-21.
“This project worth Rs 5.29 cr shall be highly significant for both traders & consumers,” Dr. Sarma said in a tweet.
The minister laid the foundation stone in the presence of union minister of state for food processing industries Rameswar Teli, Assam minister of state Sanjay Kishan, MP Pradan Baruah and local MLAs.
