GUWAHATI: Assam health, finance and education minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma laid the foundation stone of a Swahid Park and an Old Age Home in Dhekiajuli in Sonitpur district.
He was accompanied by Lok Sabha MP Pallab Lochan Das, Dhekiajuli MLA Ashok Singhal and Barchala MLA Ganesh Limbu.
