GUWAHATI: Assam Health, Education, and Finance Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma on Friday extended wishes to Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh on his birthday. Sarma said that the Northeastern states owe a great deal to Jitendra Singh for his hard work and development of the region.
Sarma also wished for his good health and long life.
