Hagrama Mohilary hits out at ABSU for compromising on separate Bodoland issue

GUWAHATI: Bodoland Territorial Council(BTC) chief Hagrma Mohilary once again lashed out at All Bodo Students’ Union (ABSU) and its former president Pramod Bodo for compromising on the issue of separate Bodoland state.

Addressing a meeting on Saturday, Mohilary said, “When all the four factions of NDFB were going to sign peace accord, ABSU thought that they would be diminished. So, they signed the accord leaving their separate Bodoland state demand.”

Hagrama Mohilary also said that ABSU could have bargained for several years in the name of separate state.
