GUWAHATI: Assam health and finance minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma declared that all cinema halls, gymnasiums, shopping malls, swimming pools, bars will remain shut during the third phase of COVID-19 lockdown in Assam.
Dr. Sarma stated that all cultural, religious, entertainment, social congregation will remain suspended during that period. On the other hand, places of worship will remain shut for the visitors. No religious congregation will be allowed, minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said while briefing media persons on lockdown directives.
