GUWAHATI: The ferry services between Guwahati and North Guwahati have been resumed from Monday in the three ‘parghats’.
The information was shared by Inland Water Transport Department’s executive engineer Raj Hussain Khan.
It is to be mentioned that the ferry services were shut due to the increasing water level of the river Brahmaputra on 28 May. Kamrup (Metro) district administration ordered suspension of the ferry services till May 31.
