GUWAHATI: A delegation headed by Dr. Ron Malka, Ambassador of Israel to India, visited Tech City at Bongora in Guwahati on Wednesday. The Tech City is a 100 acres IT and Electronics facility set up near Lokopriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport.
The delegates were welcomed by Assam minister Keshab Mahanta, MLA Ramendra Narayan Kalita, MLA, Chairman of Assam Electronics Development Corporation Limited (AMTRON) Ritu Baran Sarmah, Vice Chairman of AMTRON M.K. Yadav, AMTRON Managing Director Kailash Karthik and Kamrup Deputy Commissioner (DC).
Minister Keshab Mahanta had an exclusive discussion with all the delegates and projected the viable
Environment—both political and social in Assam.
The other AMTRON officials also briefed the ambassador and the team about the facilities to be provided in the Tech City.
