A Class 10 student has gone missing from Paltan Bazar area in Guwahati, prompting his family to lodge a missing complaint with police.
The missing boy has been identified as Chandragupta Mandal, a Class 10 student of Guru Nanak Senior Secondary School.
The 15-year-old student had reportedly left home for coaching classes around 5:30 pm on October 31 but didn’t return home since then.
When Chandragupta didn’t return home, his family launched a search but failed to locate his whereabouts. His father Bikash Mandal then lodged a missing complaint based on which an FIR was lodged at Bharalu Police Station.
Although police have launched an operation to trace the missing school student, they haven’t met with any success so far.
